All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel any sale due to stock availability, pricing error, card authorisation problems or any other reason, and to change any prices displayed on this website at any time without notice.

All prices on this website are shown in £ sterling and exclude shipping charges which are added during the checkout process.

All items listed on this website are supplied subject to availability and may change at any time.

We endeavour to ensure content on this website is precise and fair, including condition gradings for used items but will accept no liability for the accuracy of the information contained, which may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Most product images contained on this website are of the actual item where possible but in the exception of stock images they are used for illustration purposes only and the actual item may differ from that illustrated.

We trust you will be delighted with all purchases made from The Vinyl Attic @ Knighton. But in the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty disc, a disc you did not order or fail to receive an order, it should be reported to us immediately and we will ensure the matter is dealt with a quickly as possible and, if appropriate, a replacement or refund provided.

If you have a complaint please get in touch on 0116 288 5788 (at standard UK national rate) or e-mail us. We shall endeavour to deal with it and resolve any problems within 5 working days and always keep you informed of the situation by e-mail or telephone.

These terms do not affect a consumer’s statutory rights.

Knighton Music Group does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties and only gathers information relevant to, and solely for, our services provided to you such as your purchase and delivery: your name and contact details (including e-mail address). Payment details saved whilst placing orders or in the account area of our site are handled using tokenisation, a highly robust and secure method of encryption for payments and are not overseen or accessible by ourselves.

We do not collect or store personal or sensitive information and you will not be asked to supply any other personal details.
